This page collects the publicly documented usage figures of the major providers and lets you put the same question to the three largest ones directly. All three work differently, so a comparison is worthwhile.

Usage figures
How widely generative AI is actually used can only be documented in part: providers publish different metrics, and not always regularly. Each figure below therefore states its source and its date.
